Welcome to Speechko’s Voice Cloning Service. By accessing or using our voice cloning features, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Definitions
- Voice Cloning Service: A feature provided by Speechko that enables users to create synthetic voice recordings resembling a consenting individual’s voice.
- Cloning Voice: An AI-generated model trained using audio recordings of a consenting individual.
- Consenting Speaker: An individual who has given explicit written consent for their voice recordings to be used for creating a Cloning Voice and generating synthetic voice outputs.
- Training Audio: Audio recordings submitted by users for the purpose of training a Cloning Voice.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Consent Requirement: Before submitting any Training Audio, you must obtain explicit written consent from the individual whose voice is recorded. By uploading Training Audio, you represent and warrant that you have secured such consent.
3.2 Prohibited Submissions: You are strictly prohibited from submitting audio recordings of individuals who have not provided explicit written consent. Unauthorized use of another person’s voice is a violation of these terms and may be unlawful.
3.3 Content Ownership and Rights: You affirm that you either own the content you upload or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it, including the right for Speechko to process and utilize the content as described in these terms.
4. Use of Training Audio
4.1 Purpose: The Training Audio you provide will be used solely to create a Cloning Voice that replicates the Consenting Speaker’s voice.
4.2 Access and Privacy: Only you and individuals you explicitly authorize will have access to generate synthetic audio using your Cloning Voice. Speechko will not share your Training Audio or Cloning Voice with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
4.3 Quality Assurance: To ensure the quality and accuracy of the Cloning Voice, authorized Speechko personnel, service providers, and affiliates may review samples of your Training Audio and synthesized audio.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
When using Speechko’s Voice Cloning Service, you agree to:
- Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect for Rights: Avoid infringing upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Prohibited Activities: Refrain from generating content that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory. Additionally, do not engage in activities that could harm or disrupt our services, systems, or security.
6. Violations and Enforcement
Speechko reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Voice Cloning Service if you violate these terms. Unauthorized use of the service may also result in legal action.
